On Saturday 6th July we'll be holding the second annual LBAC Track & Field Fun Day. The main idea of this is to get the seniors and juniors together and have a bit of fun whilst trying out a few events. The format will be similar to last year where everyone has the opportunity to do some sprinting, jumping, throwing, etc. No one will be obliged to try anything they don't want to, it's just a bit of fun. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us again and we can enjoy our picnics as the day progresses!

At the beginning of the day we'll also be holding our Club Championship Track races. This is a standalone race where the winner is crowned the club's track champion. The races are 5000m for the men, and 3000m for women.

The whole event will be held at the Stantonbury track in Milton Keynes from noon to 4pm. At this stage, all we ask is that you mark it in your diary. There will be further emails nearer the time providing further details.
