The dates for all of this winter's cross-country fixtures have been released. Please put them in your diaries now! All of these are team events and we had great success last year by getting as many runners attending as we possibly could. They are also pretty good fun and are the main occasions in the year where we compete alongside the junior athletes in the club.

The December date is even more important than usual as five of the regular scoring team will be missing the event due to the club trip to Lanzarote. Sorry!

• 1^st October – SEAA Cross Country Relays – Biggleswade 
• 8^th October – Chiltern League Fixture 1 – Venue TBC
• 5^th November – English Cross Country Relays – Mansfield
• 12^th November – Chiltern League Fixture 2 – Venue TBC
• 3^rd December – Chiltern League Fixture 3 – Venue TBC
• 7^th January – Beds & Bucks County Championships – Wing
• 14^th January – Chiltern League Fixture 4 – Venue TBC
• 28^th January – Southern Championships – Brighton
• 11^th February – Chiltern League Fixture 5 – Wing
• 25^th February – National Championships – Hampstead Heath
